Born in Yaounde in 2017.

SEVIC-HITM — See Vision Computerised Higher Institute of Technology and Management — was established in 2017 in the Ballas Obilli neighbourhood of Yaounde, Cameroon, with a bold and specific purpose: to change how professional education is delivered in this country.

The founders saw a painful pattern across Cameroon — young people spending years in school, taking on family debt to pay fees, and graduating with certificates that employers did not respect because they lacked practical skills. The system was producing graduates, not professionals.

SEVIC-HITM was built as the answer. A purely Anglophone, skills-first institute where every programme — from HND in Computer Engineering to Master of Technology in Management — is built around what Cameroonian and international employers actually need. Today, over 500 of our graduates are employed across Cameroon and beyond, proving that the model works.

Passed O-Level but not A-Level? Our sister institution SEVICTI.CM offers a 1-year professional Diploma programme open to O-Level holders — providing a direct pathway into the SEVIC-HITM HND programme afterwards.

This affiliation strengthens the academic standing of our programmes and broadens the recognition of our degrees both nationally and internationally.

Every degree from SEVIC-HITM is issued under MINESUP authority. It is valid for employment across Cameroon, eligible for civil service posts, and recognised as a basis for further academic studies abroad.

Start where you are. Keep climbing. SEVIC-HITM offers a complete, unbroken academic pathway from entry-level diploma to postgraduate degree — all under one roof, all MINESUP recognised.

Passed O-Level? Start here first.

O-Level holders can enroll in the 1-year professional Diploma programme at our sister institution SEVICTI.CM. After completing the Diploma, graduates can progress directly into the HND programme at SEVIC-HITM. No dead ends — just stepping stones.

Step 1 · 2 Years

Higher National Diploma (HND)

Your professional foundation. The HND is the most direct route from secondary school to a skilled, employed professional. Recognised by MINESUP. Equivalent to the BTS in the Francophone system.

Entry: BAC / GCE A-Level
Step 2 · 3 Years (or top-up from HND)

Bachelor of Technology (BTech)

The full undergraduate degree. HND holders can top up to BTech through an accelerated pathway. Deepens both theoretical knowledge and industry-specific skills. Widely respected by employers and academic institutions.

Entry: HND or equivalent
Step 3 · Postgraduate

Master of Technology (MTech)

The postgraduate pinnacle. The MTech is for professionals who want to lead, specialise, or move into senior roles. Opens doors to management positions, research, consultancy and academic careers across Cameroon and internationally.
